Familiarize with the installations, integrate the EVF design logic and the specifications described in the URS regarding maintenance needs. Participate in the inventory of installations (assignment of technical post TAG, equipment registration, labeling). Participate in the preparation of maintenance plans and procedures on the intended management systems (CMMS).

I worked as a Maintenance Manager for Altrad ENDEL at CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission) in Paris-Saclay. CEA Paris-Saclay is a leading national and European center for research and innovation. I was responsible for:

• Equipment maintenance management.

• Definition of energy performance criteria for installations.

• Diagnosis of malfunctions, problem identification, and rapid, effective troubleshooting.

• Monitoring the application of safety protocols by all personnel on site to eliminate all accident risks.

• Organization, coordination, and supervision of interventions carried out by the maintenance team.

• Monitoring and evaluation of equipment performance to improve operational and energy efficiency.

• Planning preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.

• Maintaining relationships with suppliers of spare parts, materials, and tools necessary for equipment maintenance.

• Supervision and compliance control of maintenance work carried out by the internal team and external service providers (Prejob).

• Ensure the contractual quality, cost, and deadline objectives initially set in the SNCF contract.

• Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for availability, maintenance completion rate, control rate, and energy efficiency of installations.

• Build, maintain, and evolve Power BI dashboards for KPIs related to our various activities.

• Monitor innovations focused on INDUSTRY 4.0 and digitalization of maintenance procedures, update the CMMS.

• Conduct FMEA, FMD, and TSVA audits and analyses, and issue improvement plans.

• Consolidate and manage the preventive and regulatory maintenance schedule, ensuring the balance between workload, resources, and deadlines.

• Prepare client meetings and write meeting minutes.
