I support public and private organizations in designing strategic anticipation frameworks, weak signal detection, and prospective scenario modeling to inform long-term decision-making.

Trained in future literacy by Riel Miller (UNESCO) and LEAB, and a former expert at France Stratégie, I have developed an integrated approach to foresight: analytical in method, systemic in vision. My work involves translating complexity into clear analytical frameworks that decision-makers can use.

I design and manage in-depth prospective studies: identifying emerging dynamics, structuring disruptive hypotheses, quantitatively modeling possible trajectories, etc. I support my analyses with tools for monitoring, simulation, and mathematical representation of socio-economic systems, in order to link qualitative trends to measurable impacts on organizations.

I also work on structuring strategic monitoring and early warning systems, enabling the identification and prioritization of weak signals before they become threats or opportunities for organizations. These systems are accompanied by acculturation of teams to systemic thinking and risk anticipation.

My support combines advanced foresight methods (scenario planning, uncertainty matrices, morphological analysis, etc.) and strategic modeling (system dynamics, quantitative scenario approach, public policy impact simulation). The goal is always to produce operational results: helping organizations understand their possible futures, test the robustness of their strategies, and guide their decisions in an uncertain context.

I work with public sector actors, local authorities, think tanks, and companies facing significant uncertainty challenges.
