Within the User Adoption team of Amundi Technology, my mission was to design, structure, and deploy digital solutions for business units, involving the entire project cycle. I was involved from the scoping and existing environment audit phases, through to production deployment and user support. My role covered functional, technical, and organizational aspects, with particular responsibility for defining architectures and industrializing deployments using dedicated scripts.

In each project, I actively participated in gathering requirements from business teams, analyzing existing solutions, and formalizing functional and technical specifications. This scoping phase ensured the coherence of architectures and their adequacy with real-world usage. My involvement was not limited to design; I also handled development, technical implementation, and solution deployment. Furthermore, I assisted business units in adopting the collaborative platform and associated tools, providing support, advice, and best practices to encourage adoption.

The objective of this mission was to carry out 4 POCs to verify the feasibility of migrating a SharePoint 2010 application to Office 365. The POCs consisted of creating two SharePoint sites (classic and Modern UI) as well as a custom field type (different display between editing and viewing). It was also necessary to test the updating of user attributes via Office Graph and PowerShell commands and to host code to automate this update using an Azure-hosted WebJob. Lisi wanted to manage its security through dynamic groups based on custom user attributes. Dynamic groups were therefore configured in Azure AD. Finally, different scenarios for external document sharing were created to demonstrate the effectiveness of RMS (IRM for SharePoint).

Within DPGP, my role was to participate in the design and execution of projects for various departments of L'Oréal DPGP. Among other things, I participated in a project based on SharePoint 2013 and Nintex for the creation of customized forms and associated workflows. I also intervened in the study and development of a tool for onboarding new L'Oréal employees. I participated in scoping meetings, designed the architecture, and developed the application. Finally, I was also responsible for the intranet for the DPGP division's communication. My role was to assist the business in improving the existing site by adding various features to enhance content visibility and editing productivity.
