Achievements:

• Contribution to the end-to-end implementation of a BSS (Business Support System).

Participation in the launch of 4 MVNOs and 4 energy suppliers in France, Malaysia,

Germany, and Switzerland (Bouygues telecom, Renault, Celcom, Enercity, Primeo).

• Launch of a CRM. Designed for customer service agents of energy suppliers and

telecommunications operators, enabling management of end customers (calendar, contracts, invoices, payments, accounting, usage).

Project and product managed from scratch with a dedicated team. Following the agile methodology, the product was put into production for all company clients.

• Launch of a "Catalog Editing Tool" product to complement the above tool; the product was developed to edit prices, labels, and notifications.

• Launch of a signup portal for gas and electricity offers for agents, allowing subscription on behalf of the end customer. Creation of an exchange process with the electricity and telecommunications networks.

• Continuous research and development workshops (technical and functional): e-SIM, e-KYC, electric vehicle charging, and AI integration for telecommunications and energy.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Agile management of project steps (Cost, staffing, discovery, delivery)

• Establishment of the annual product roadmap (multidisciplinary exercise - co-direction)

• Setting up workshops to gather client needs and feedback

• Qualification and formalization of functional requirements into user stories

• Management and prioritization of the product backlog

• Management, during the run phase, of production bugs, technical improvements, sprints, and

all agile ceremonies

• Implementation and execution of test plans

Development of an UNAPEI offer for CAC 40 companies (Airbus, LVMH, BNP)

Gathering and formalization of needs. Facilitation of the construction of an offer targeting major French groups to facilitate the professional integration of people with disabilities.

Design and manage new product offers: training and onboarding sessions.

UNAPEI is the French federation of associations for the representation and defense of the interests of people with intellectual disabilities.
