• Choice of equipment and technical solutions adapted to energy performance requirements

• Writing of written documents (CCTP, DPGF, technical notice…)

• Creation of diagrams and design plans in collaboration with the team of designers

• Coordination of internal studies and exchanges with partners (architects, control offices, economists.)

• Participation in design, synthesis, and site meetings

• Development of PRO/DCE files and monitoring of ACT, VISA, DET, and AOR phases

• Produce the complete study file (plans, calculations, technical specifications)

• Analyze and process technical data transmitted by various stakeholders (clients, site managers, sales representatives)

• Size and quantify plumbing and HVAC installations

• Develop design plans for photovoltaic installations by conducting feasibility analyses, profitability studies, and performance simulations

• Conduct technical studies in APS, APD, Pro phases…

• Compile files, create schematic drawings or propose technical solutions.

• Procure materials, establish work schedules, and supervise a construction site by managing costs, inventory, and deliveries
