Mehdi worked on a wide range of projects during his mission at Biogen. He was leading some of those projects. Mehdi was very skilled in terms of managing multiple projects at the same time, dealing with all kinds of requests and smoothly managing and communicating with all stakeholders involved in his projects. Mehdi is a very good business analyst with a strong technical background. He is very capable of transforming all the requirements of multiple complex not very obvious projects into action items and building a development roadmap that makes sense to the engineering team as well as the business side of the project. One of the hidden strengths of Mehdi would be his ability to negotiate and to say no in a very professional way when it comes to unrealistic features or deadlines, a skill very much appreciated by everyone in the project. Mehdi always believes that data beats opinion and worked with this as his philosophy during his mission at Biogen. We were very happy with the performance of Mehdi and are sad to see him leave after the end of his mission. We would like to thank him and wish him all the best for his next missions.
