Architectural design, 3D modeling, Client/Consultant coordination and preparation of deliverables. Assistance to the BIM Manager in setting up the BEP [BIM Execution Plan] and monitoring BIM deliverables. Quality control of Revit models [audit, schedules, purge, verification, and proactive resolution of warnings]. Verification of IFC exports and compatibility with collaborative platforms [BIM 360, Navisworks, BIMcollab, KAIRNIAL, Acc.autodesk]. Participation in multidisciplinary coordination meetings. Development of custom scripts with PyRevit and Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks. Site support: Verification of compliance between the model and the site, real-time model updates. Assistance in upskilling teams on BIM workflows and Revit best practices. Implementation of BIM checklists, KPI monitoring, and coordination reports. Advanced Clash management: Conflict analysis, issue assignment, tracking until resolution. Regular model audit to ensure compliance with the BEP, ISO 19650, and internal agency standards. Implementation and monitoring of graphic charters, Revit templates, and creation of a library of parametric Revit families adapted to the needs of the agency and the project. Development of tutorials and internal guides to help teams better master Revit, Dynamo, and BIM tools.

Projects:

Architectural study and production of the building permit file and assistance to the municipal building permit commission. Coordination of studies between different stakeholders from the sketch phase to the execution phase and coordination of teams on site. Attendance at site meetings, ensuring project coordination, site reception, and contribution to the different phases of work execution. Monitoring the organization of the project's digital models and establishing the final execution files for the project.
