Hello!

Passionate about the human sciences and digital technology since always, I joined the Agile movement which is the fusion of these two aspirations and finally makes it possible to implement organizational methods that place the human being at the heart of the approach.

The Agile methodological framework goes much further in its reflections than a simple IT project management method. I am part of a humanistic vision centered on the qualities of individuals. My goal is to creatively streamline human relationships while respecting the capacities of each individual and the constraints of the project to be managed.

I use various meeting facilitation techniques from the science of debates and behaviorism so that participants can bring out factual and proven arguments rather than defend opinions that are not.

I support business and technical stakeholders in adopting the Agile approach in order to help them go from developing specifications by example to tests that will verify that the initial need is covered.

I help the team go back to the source of its commitment by discovering the fundamental values that motivate the project and release energy and creativity.

I play the role of Scrum master in order to facilitate agile rituals and report on them to management and project teams: demo, retrospective, sprint planning, help with backlog preparation and continuous improvement.

I use Kotter's 8 steps for change management when necessary to unite the team and management around a common vision.

I support the product owner in the delicate stage of writing User Stories in Gherkin based on Behavior Driven Development which improves the understanding and involvement of all stakeholders
