• Manage the solution end-to-end: from FEC integration to the display of accounting reports (general ledger, trial balance, journals, financial statements).

• Write functional specifications, User Stories, and functional acceptance test scenarios.

• Conduct functional benchmarks of competing accounting solutions.

• Lead daily meetings with various development providers to frame priorities and validate deliverables.

• Coordinate in Agile mode with project, French payroll, and legal teams.

• Train operational teams on the tool during deployment phases.

• Supervision of a team of accounting staff on the operational management of client files.

• Management of a multi-sector client portfolio (VSEs, SMEs, liberal professions).

• Accounting review.

• Preparation and supervision of tax returns (VAT, Corporate Tax, CVAE, etc.).

• Deadline monitoring.

• Quality control of work produced by team members.

• Regular advice to executives.

• Management of a client portfolio covering a variety of activities.

• Business advice on tax, accounting, and organizational issues.

• Accounting review and preparation of tax returns.

• Review of working papers.

• Participation in exceptional assignments.
