Particular emphasis was placed on invoice validation and issuance workflows to anticipate the impacts of the reform.

• Detailed Functional Specifications: Produced a specifications document structuring both business needs and reform-related obligations: processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, status management, integration with platforms.

• Sage 100 Configuration: Advanced module configuration:

Commercial Management: Integration of necessary data for compliant electronic invoice issuance (mandatory fields, flow coding, export scenarios).

General and Analytical Accounting: Alignment with fiscal rules for invoice retention and transmission.

Payment Methods (MDP), Fixed Assets, and ACS: Configuration according to target flows and traceability requirements.

• Compliance with Electronic Invoicing Reform: Raised team awareness of the reform's impacts and implemented internal procedures to ensure regulatory continuity.

• Functional Acceptance Testing and User Support

Drafted and executed test scenarios, including electronic invoice transmission and status management cases.

Managed acceptance testing with key users, validated accounting and commercial flows, and resolved anomalies.

End-user training: Organized training sessions tailored to each department.

Mission: Drafting functional specifications for Sage compliance with legal obligations related to electronic invoicing (2026 reform).

• Gathering and analyzing business needs (accounting, finance, sales administration) concerning the dematerialization and transmission of customer/supplier invoices.

• Studying organizational and technical impacts: integration with the Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP) or the Public Billing Portal (PPF).

• Drafting functional specifications: expected formats, validation workflows, archiving, etc.

Missions and tasks:

• Assisting clients in preparing for the new electronic invoicing reform by proposing suitable solutions.

• Functional audit of existing Sage systems: Conducting in-depth audits to evaluate the effectiveness of Sage systems installed for clients. The objective is to optimize business processes, improve the use of software features, and resolve user-encountered issues. Proposing solutions to maximize performance, reduce errors, and simplify daily tasks.

• Analyzing client needs to offer personalized solutions based on Sage.

• Analyzing development needs: Evaluating specific client requests to design and implement customized solutions based on business requirements and technical constraints.

• Installation, configuration, and training: Installing, configuring, and training users on a wide range of Sage 100 modules (Sales, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Treasury) as well as complementary solutions like Sage ACS, Sage SRC, Sage Bank Feed.

• Trainer for ELOFICASH, a receivables and debt collection management software.

• N2 and N3 Support: Assisting users in resolving advanced technical and functional issues.

• Data recovery and integration from various databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Access) into Sage, ensuring data quality.

• Specific development: Creating small custom solutions such as automatic triggers and tools to facilitate certain tasks (processing utility).
