- Development of the API backend in **FastAPI**, asynchronous management, and Python pipelines.
- Development of the Angular frontend: mapping interface and dashboards (DeckGL, Kepler.gl).
- Implementation of aninternal orchestratorto automate scraping, normalization, and enrichment (Dropcontact, Kaspr).
- Integration ofAI pipelines (RAG)for generating real estate studies and automatic technical document analysis.
