Project: Seamless Journey

Within an agile team, I am involved in the validation of the seamless journey feature, which allows SG advisors to subscribe to life insurance contracts, handle arbitration, and process payments.

My main tasks:

1/ Management

- Supervise and manage the team of testers

- Develop test plans based on specifications and functional requirements

- Team cohesion and support: foster team spirit among testers, define qualitative objectives

2/ Testing

- Analysis of functional and technical specifications

- Design of test scenarios and cases

- Database management

- Execution of Postman API tests

- Execution of Front-end tests and anomaly tracking

- Writing of acceptance test reports

- Facilitate Agile meetings (Daily, sprint reviews...)

Client: OnePoint Bordeaux Project: Caisse des Dépôts IT application. CDC Informatique, the IT subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts, is a major player in the French economy serving all regions. Established in 1816, it is also the leading public financial institution, in partnership with the La Poste group. Working within a structuring agile project for CDC, which allows for the management of daily tasks for about a hundred managers. My missions in functional scoping are as follows:

- Needs definition

- Functional design

- Support for the Product Owner in gathering requirements

- Writing User Stories

- Review and validation of Product Owner User Stories. On the functional quality side, my missions are:

- Writing test specifications

- Executing test campaigns

- Reporting bugs and validating fixes

- Support for acceptance testing

- UI, batch, and web service testing

Project context:

- Team composed of 7 developers, 2 functional analysts, and 1 project manager

- Agile

- Agile rituals (daily stand-ups and retrospectives)

Within an agile team, I assisted the Product Owner in the redesign of the eCOS ASSORT application, software that ensures reliable assortment management.

- Requirements elicitation and creation of user stories

- Prioritization of Product Backlog items through planning and milestones

- Implementation of the test strategy

- Scripting and automation of test scenarios (Selenium)

- Tracking of bugs until production deployment

- Participation in agile ceremonies with the various teams involved in the project

Project context:

- Team composed of 4 developers, 1 PO, 1 tester, and 1 Scrum Master

- Agile project
