Project Studies and Development: International Competitions: Design of mixed-use office towers for Brussels (Proximus) and Berlin (BSR), as well as the renovation of the administrative court of Montreuil. Housing and Commercial Projects: Development of a housing project in Divonne-les-Bains (APS and PC phases) and a shopping center in Namur, Belgium (APD phase). BIM Management and Coordination: Coordinating project teams with the BIM department, establishing protocols and managing interoperability in collaboration with the BIM Manager, ensuring consistency and efficiency from project launch.

BIM Project Management: Developing BIM strategy, planning and monitoring project progress. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources and risks. Owner's representative assistance: Supporting in defining objectives, project costing (cost, duration), monitoring deadline adherence and adjusting priorities. Setting up BIM infrastructure: Creating and managing the BIMcloud server, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and resolving interoperability issues. Technical Coordination: Managing digital models and IFC file exchanges, organizing meetings and validating key project milestones.
