Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and security technologies (Fortigate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, RSA...). Plan, implement, and monitor infrastructure evolution actions (VMware, Nutanix). Manage internal and external networks (LAN, WAN, SSL, IPSEC). Manage and implement routing technologies (EIGRP/ BGP / OSPF /MPLS). Monitor and evaluate network performance (VOIP, TOIP, WIFI,..). Ensure backup management (AVAMAR, Veeam backup). Ensure continuous equipment maintenance. Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks and threats associated with the functional domain. Participate in network engineering projects in all their dimensions. Manage telephone IT reception and assistance for users. Ensure system availability and stability by performing preventive maintenance tasks and resolving technical issues. Act as a liaison between end-users and group support teams. Conduct security audits to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks. Train internal teams and users on cybersecurity awareness. Implement security policies and ensure their compliance with current regulations.

Ensure application deployment, data migration, and environment upgrades. Provide first and second-level support to users on all infrastructure components. Contribute to the continuous improvement process (infrastructure architecture evolution, technical documentation, procedures, etc.). Handle support requests (level 1). Manage IT hardware inventory. Handle user requests via phone or email.

Diagnose and repair hardware failures (PCs, printers, servers). Replace or add components (RAM, hard drives, power supplies). Physical cleaning of equipment (dust, ventilation). Assembly and installation of workstations. Installation, update, and configuration of operating systems. Installation of office software, antivirus, etc. Removal of viruses, malware, corrupted files. Resolution of software bugs or system slowdowns.
