The objective: to offer a simple, fast tool adapted to site constraints (limited connection, weather conditions, multitasking), while ensuring smooth logistical tracking of containers (request, removal, replacement, traceability).Missions & achievements:- Analysis of business needs through discussions with end-users (construction managers, site supervisors).- Design of user journeys according to different use cases (container request, modification, cancellation, tracking).- Creation of interactive mockups and prototypes (Figma), with a focus on clarity, speed of action, and mobile ergonomics.Design iterations based on client feedback: adjustment of information hierarchy, contrast, outdoor readability, button size, and critical placements.- Simplification of interaction flows to limit the number of steps and effectively guide the user according to the type of request.- Improvement of status visibility (containers waiting, removed, in transit, etc.) through clear and accessible visual elements.- Collaboration with product and development teams to ensure technical and business consistency, while guaranteeing feasibility.
