The objective: to offer a simple, fast tool adapted to site constraints (limited connection, weather conditions, multitasking), while ensuring smooth logistical tracking of bins (request, collection, replacement, traceability).Tasks & achievements:- Needs analysis through discussions with end-users (site managers, construction supervisors).- Design of user journeys according to different use cases (bin request, modification, cancellation, tracking).- Creation of interactive mockups and prototypes (Figma), with a focus on clarity, speed of action, and mobile ergonomics.Design iterations based on customer feedback: adjustment of information hierarchy, contrast, outdoor readability, button size, and critical placements.- Simplification of interaction flows to limit the number of steps and effectively guide the user according to the type of request.- Improvement of status visibility (bins pending, collected, in transit, etc.) using clear and accessible visual elements.- Collaboration with product and development teams to ensure technical and business consistency, while guaranteeing feasibility.
- OktogoneUX/UI DesignerEDUCATION AND E-LEARNINGApril 2024 - Today (2 years and 4 months)Nice, FranceOktogone is a group managing multiple online schools, including ISCOD, Condé, and VISPLUS.The mission involved creating an online platform consolidating all training programs from the various institutions.In a context of rationalizing training tools within a multi-site group, I structured the UX/UI redesign of several e-learning platforms to unify them within a centralized ecosystem.The main challenge: designing a consistent experience for very diverse user profiles (salespeople, students, professors, HR, pedagogical coordinators) while ensuring product scalability.My tasks & achievements:- Led the UX process: facilitated co-design workshops, conducted user interviews, and performed journey testing (UX research) to identify pain points specific to each user type.- Defined the user experience strategy: formalized journeys through user flows and customer journeys to clarify critical interactions and optimization opportunities.- Global UX/UI redesign: created wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD), responsive and accessible web interface redesign for desktop and mobile.- Design System & UI Kit: extended a modular Design System to ensure inter-school consistency, enriched UI components in line with visual identities.- User testing & adjustments: organized demonstrations and iterations to improve ergonomics and validate navigation choices.- Product collaboration: worked closely with technical and product teams to ensure feasibility and quality control of delivery (Zeplin, Figma, Jira).
