Back in a consulting and digital delivery firm specializing in the design of complex digital products for international clients, particularly in the telecom, SaaS, and digital services sectors.

This time, I worked on core business products for GoMo (digital-first mobile operator in Ireland and Switzerland) and Salt (one of the main Swiss telecom operators), for millions of end-users.

    Tasks & achievements:

    - Design and redesign of screens for strategic digital products for GoMo (Ireland & Switzerland) and Salt (Switzerland), covering CRM, mobile app, and desktop interfaces for millions of users.
    - Analysis of key journeys (onboarding, login, account management, billing, data, roaming, support) to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
    - Redesign and extension of the GoMo CRM, allowing users to manage their line, payments, and requests autonomously, through simplified flows and clearer information.
    - Redesign of the MySalt mobile application: structuring navigation, prioritizing critical information (balance, data, options, payments), and improving the mobile experience.
    - Creation of the GoMo desktop version from the mobile experience, with layouts adapted for large screens while maintaining a mobile-first logic.
    - Design of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI on Figma, supported by a design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
    - Close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver reliable experiences focused on adoption, customer support reduction, and product performance.

Design of a mobile application for site managers and construction supervisors, aimed at facilitating the management of waste bins on site. The objective: to offer a simple, fast tool adapted to site constraints (limited connection, weather conditions, multitasking), while ensuring smooth logistical tracking of bins (request, collection, replacement, traceability).

    Tasks & achievements:
    - Needs analysis through discussions with end-users (site managers, construction supervisors).
    - Design of user journeys according to different use cases (bin request, modification, cancellation, tracking).
    - Creation of interactive mockups and prototypes (Figma), with a focus on clarity, speed of action, and mobile ergonomics.
Design iterations based on customer feedback: adjustment of information hierarchy, contrast, outdoor readability, button size, and critical placements.
    - Simplification of interaction flows to limit the number of steps and effectively guide the user according to the type of request.
    - Improvement of status visibility (bins pending, collected, in transit, etc.) using clear and accessible visual elements.
    - Collaboration with product and development teams to ensure technical and business consistency, while guaranteeing feasibility.

Oktogone is a group managing multiple online schools, including ISCOD, Condé, and VISPLUS.
The mission involved creating an online platform consolidating all training programs from the various institutions.

In a context of rationalizing training tools within a multi-site group, I structured the UX/UI redesign of several e-learning platforms to unify them within a centralized ecosystem.

The main challenge: designing a consistent experience for very diverse user profiles (salespeople, students, professors, HR, pedagogical coordinators) while ensuring product scalability.

    My tasks & achievements:

    - Led the UX process: facilitated co-design workshops, conducted user interviews, and performed journey testing (UX research) to identify pain points specific to each user type.
    - Defined the user experience strategy: formalized journeys through user flows and customer journeys to clarify critical interactions and optimization opportunities.
    - Global UX/UI redesign: created wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD), responsive and accessible web interface redesign for desktop and mobile.
    - Design System & UI Kit: extended a modular Design System to ensure inter-school consistency, enriched UI components in line with visual identities.
    - User testing & adjustments: organized demonstrations and iterations to improve ergonomics and validate navigation choices.
    - Product collaboration: worked closely with technical and product teams to ensure feasibility and quality control of delivery (Zeplin, Figma, Jira).
