BI Project Management:

Manage data projects end-to-end (scoping, design, development, testing, production deployment), including resource, timeline, and risk management.

Data Integration (Data Engineering):

Develop and industrialize data pipelines (SSIS / Fabric Data Factory), ensuring the quality, traceability, and performance of flows.

Data Visualization & Analytics:

Design advanced business intelligence dashboards in Power BI, facilitating decision-making and business analysis.

Business Performance Management:

Design and industrialize a business intelligence system for managing the performance of business teams (monitoring member call drop rates), including integrating data from Microsoft Teams APIs, data modeling, and developing advanced analytical reports in Power BI.

BI Transformation & Modernization:

Lead a migration project to Microsoft Fabric (POC, roadmap, industrialization), involving redesigning pipelines, data models, and BI usage.

Data Quality & Governance:

Implement validation, testing, and governance processes to ensure data integrity, reliability, and security.
