Development of a complete risk management solution for Total Energies, consisting of two main parts: a risk assessment module and an intelligent chatbot. The assessment module relies on internal documents, lessons learned (REX) from incidents, and work permits generated by the company's various divisions. The chatbot assists users by providing useful information on internal company rules, such as "Company Rules" and "Golden Rules," and by facilitating access to critical document data to better manage operational risks.

It also aims to replace the reporting process focused on paper documentation with a fully digitized process. Thus, the time previously spent on data collection and manipulation is now dedicated to analysis and more informed decision-making. This results in increased productivity for teams and financial savings for the Company.
