• Implementation of a new chart of accounts for the group and harmonization of accounts for consolidated reporting (internal)

• Participation in the creation and management of the accounting team under the direction of the CFO

• Implementation of accounting and tax processes and controls within the organization

• Daily accounting, account reviews, and Financial reporting

• Reconciliation and control of B2B/B2C sales in France and worldwide

• Monitoring and management of B2B customers and receivables, monitoring of B2C customer payments from various payment platforms (Paypal, Amazon Payment, Stripe, Shopify Payment)

• Preparation of annual accounts and compliance with tax deadlines with the accounting firm in France

• Preparation of US annual accounts and management of tax issues with the accounting firm in the United States

• Treasury management and control through weekly supplier payments and received and paid order deposits under the supervision of the CFO

• Management of relationships with stakeholders (suppliers, customers, banks, accounting firms, social organizations, etc.)

• Participation in audit work and response to auditors' questions in the context of their statutory audit mission

• Management of a portfolio of 50 clients (of all sizes) with personalized accounting, tax, social, and legal support

• Accounting work: Preparation and control of tax returns, accounting entries, bank reconciliations, social and tax reconciliation, closing work, reporting, cash flow forecasts, financial ratio calculation to manage activity, client meetings for account presentations

• Participation in the project to outsource the accounting function of a group of companies within the firm, implementation and development of specific internal procedures

• Support for start-ups in their early stages and specific procedures (CIR, CII, JEI status, grants) and participation in the firm's start-up department

• Annual review in a subsidiary of a large group subject to IFRS standards and management of relations with auditors

• Several months' replacement of the general accountant (closing of accounts, catching up on accounting updates, understanding group processes and improvement)

• Contribution to reflection work aimed at improving procedures and the firm's digital transition management

• Management, scheduling, and deadline management of collaborators

• Accounting work: accounting entries, bank reconciliations, calculation and declaration of tax and social taxes (VAT, CFE, CVAE, C3S)
