Lawyer at the Paris Bar, I assist companies and executives with:

- their tax issues: advice, tax audits, tax procedures and litigation, and

- matters related to corporate law: fundraising, shareholders' agreements, sales, acquisitions, mergers (M&A), company formation or transformation, capital increases or reductions.

I have been dealing with complex tax issues since 2009.

I began my career at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg, at CMS-Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Neuilly-sur-Seine, then at the Maison ECK firm, before setting up my own practice in March 2019.

I am a member of the IACF (Institute of Tax Lawyers) and the AFGC (French Association for the Management of Cryptocurrencies).

I graduated from EDHEC Business School (Grande Ecole Program and Major in Legal and Tax Engineering) in 2009, and from the Faculté Libre de Droit de Lille (Master II Corporate Lawyer) in 2009.
