In this e-ticketing company, I took over an existing team, which I lead and build up. In addition to the professional and disciplinary supervision of the team, training, and technical support for the product, I manage the continuous improvement of the SCRUM process.

At the Bertelsmann subsidiary, I was employed as an expert for optimizing processes in the FMCG sector for prize draws. I was responsible for the planning and successful implementation of a software solution to improve the prize draw mechanics. In this context, it was about prize draws and loyalty campaigns that were previously copied manually from project to project. My goal was to replace this procedure by implementing a simple installation system. This was intended to create a more efficient and time-saving solution for setting up prize draws and loyalty campaigns quickly and easily in the future.
