Context:

In collaboration with Île-de-France Mobilités, the transport authority in the region, a Ticketing System Modernization Program has been initiated to improve transport infrastructure and services. In this context, Comutitres is responsible for the design and operation of a future embedded ticketing system, which includes bus and tram equipment, embedded software, as well as back-office installations and software.

Testing is carried out over several test campaigns:

- Acceptance of embedded software and back-office versions iteratively delivered by the contractors

- Performance of Aptitude Verification tests on embedded software and back-office

- Participation in Regular Service Verification

Design:

This involves writing and updating test sheets and demonstrating coverage of the specifications, written in the form of requirements.

Activities and deliverables:

- Test design documentation (test sheets, test traceability matrix)

- Test execution documentation (completed test sheets)

- Design and maintenance of tools (software tools, platforms)

- Collaboration on projects: advice, alerts, provision of necessary elements to project managers, participation and contribution to project bodies

- Collaboration in the operation of the Qualification, Integration, Supplies, and Embedded Domain

- Participate in reviews of functional and technical specifications

- Mission reporting (weekly frequency)

Actual test execution:

- Obtain validation of test sheets by Ile-de-France Mobilités and carriers,

- Perform planned tests on the COMUTITRES test platform

- Assist Ile-de-France Mobilités and carriers in performing their tests on platform or vehicle

- Ensure monitoring and processing of tickets and coordinate the reporting of identified anomalies

Context:

Test and validation consultant for the payment solution for the international subsidiaries of CANAL+ International (Africa, Reunion, Caribbean, New Caledonia, Vietnam, Poland...)

Projects:

➔ Integration of a new payment solution within the subscription and renewal processes for DROM territories

➔ Management of recurring credit card subscriptions for the launch of the 100% digital offer for DROM territories

➔ Isolation and harmonization of the payment module within the CRM

➔ CRM Modernization:

- Implementation of a multi-payment service provider gateway

- API integration of payment management within the new architecture

General Context:

World No. 1 in borrower insurance in France, BNP Paribas Cardif distributes its savings, retirement, and provident products under the commercial brand Cardif, notably through a network of brokers and independent financial advisors. On May 22, 2019, the PACTE law was passed, containing strong measures on two major financial investments, life insurance and retirement savings: the Individual PER (PERIN), which can succeed the old PERP and the old Contrat Madelin, and company PERs (PERO, PERECO, and PERU). This necessitates new developments in the IS.
