Independent structural advisory practice for companies where growth has outpaced the governance around it. Clients are founder-led businesses, scaling teams, and leadership navigating AI-driven transformation across the EU and UK. I built the Governance Gap Diagnostic, a structural methodology for assessing how organisations govern, adopt, and sustain AI and operating-model change, and a 6-dimension governance scoring framework mapped to EU AI Act deployer obligations (Articles 9, 14, 26). The work sits at the intersection of organisational behaviour, change management, and structural governance. The practice itself runs on the Anthropic Claude stack: multi-agent pipelines, API integrations, scheduled automations, and knowledge architecture (five Anthropic certifications, 2026).

Led strategic transformation and post-merger integration programmes across healthcare, defence, banking, higher education, pharma, legal, finance, media, retail, housing, tech, and non-profit. Delivered GBP 1.8M in client savings through a strategic programme designed around a specific organisational challenge. Increased team cohesion by 20% and improved strategic alignment through leadership initiatives embedded in organisational change efforts. Facilitated leadership workshops and behavioural change programmes through complex restructuring cycles, and managed stakeholder alignment across multi-layered teams during integration, operating model redesign, and hybrid work transitions.

Delivered lectures and facilitated seminars in design and professional practice. Provided academic supervision and structured developmental feedback, supporting students through complex, project-based work.
