Implementation of performance indicators:

- Financial KPIs (Revenue, break-even point, outstanding, etc.);

- Customer monitoring KPIs (customer churn rate, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, customer lifetime value, etc.);

- Organizational or HR KPIs (training investment, employee skill level, satisfaction index, etc.); cost calculation; lean management (process improvement).

Management Controller on the EDF EPR Flamanville nuclear project

Financial analysis missions; identification of invoice discrepancies, internal controls, order modeling (purchasing management control profile; budget forecasting (forecast), supplier contract pilot referent; contract management.

Redesign of the invoicing procedure to identify discrepancies between what is invoiced (Technical Goods Receipt Note) and what appears in the software accounts; 2) creation of a dashboard to anticipate budget needs & completion costs for nuclear projects.

Monthly financial reporting & dashboards, analysis and calculation of costs and variances (payroll; profit; consumption, production...), analysis with data extraction from ERP (SAP) & pivot tables); management closing; supplier invoice monitoring, performance reviews (management cycle), monitoring of OPEX (expenses) and CAPEX (investments), internal controls PCICF; drafting procedures, Purchasing Supplier process risk matrix.

Personal contribution: 1) creation with budget forecast and landing of a customer service dashboard allowing identification of the nature of expenses; 2) redesign of the Purchasing Supplier process (audit); 3) creation of a risk map (matrix).
