Maylis Chapelais-Baron

Health policy, ethics, and digital strategy coordinator within a medico-social association specializing in disability, I manage cross-functional projects at the interface of care, regulation, and digital transformation. My responsibilities include complex project engineering, regulatory monitoring in health law and ethics, GDPR compliance, deployment of digital health tools, coordination of external partner networks, and institutional quality management. I also produce demanding strategic and institutional documents, establishment policies, reports, and procedures, which fully utilize my writing skills and scientific expertise.

Under this multidisciplinary private practice, I offer consultations in integrative medicine (Ayurveda, yogatherapy, massage, meditation, energy arts), online yoga instruction, and integrative health training. I also designed and organized FestiThaï (2019, 2020), an event dedicated to South-East Asian medicine and practices. In parallel, I am developing an editorial activity – writing educational and digital content, supporting writing projects in health and life sciences. MayStudio embodies the convergence of my academic background and my field practice: a rare positioning that allows me to intervene with expertise on both content and form.

As director of a multidisciplinary team within a wellness center, I led the development and structuring of an integrative care offering. Daily operational management, team management, design of programs combining conventional approaches and complementary medicine. This experience allowed me to establish solid field expertise in integrative health, directly applicable to my writing, outreach, and editorial support missions on these topics.
