• Development of the 4 annual collections (runway/pre-collections), 120-150 references per collection (major pieces/accessories/daywear/eveningwear).

• Supervision and training of juniors (2 stylists and 2 interns) under the Creative Director for all creative projects, backstage fashion shows, styling for pre-collection photo shoots.

• Trend analysis, iconographic and stylistic research, study of innovative finishes, creation of custom fabrics and development of embroidery and embellishment details.

• Study of ideas inspired by research, development of exclusive prints, jacquards, and embroideries, exchange and collaboration with the Creative Director (reviews, developments).

• Creation and development of embroidery proposals and motif placement, launch of trials and follow-up of samples up to the prototype and modifications for production.

• Supplier and manufacturer follow-up following visits to trade shows for sourcing fabrics and supplies.

• Research and monitoring of iconographic and stylistic trends for the AW10/11 collection.

• Participation in product evolution by integrating innovation, sustainability, and fit optimization.

• Sourcing of fabrics and other supplies to create unique, trendy half-canvas pieces. This work involved various phases of experimentation in fabric manipulation and other forms of embellishment to achieve a complete realization. Daily creation of a high-quality finished mock-up, combining speed of execution and technical requirements.
