- CNP AssurancesProject Manager / Product Owner - CNP AssurancesBANKING AND INSURANCEMarch 2021 - June 2023 (2 years and 3 months)Angers, FranceThe CNP Assurances group is a major player in insurance in Europe and Latin America. CNP Assurances decided to modernize its IT system for Death coverage to offer modern UIs and reduce its costs (Late Interest (IR) and staff reduction). In this context, my two main projects as Product Owner were to implement two new UIs with modern technologies and automated functionalities via robots (AI). The first project targeting an internal population was valued at 684 man-hours. The second project arose from the merger between CNP and LBP with the objective of delegating part of the inheritance files to LBP (Project volume estimated at 1300 man-hours). Furthermore, through smaller projects (approximately 150 man-hours), I was able to deploy intelligent tools (Robots) to assist advisors with non-value-added tasks.
