Mission related to automation, industrialization, and monitoring of applications put into production by Disney, as part of a large-scale digital transformation and IT production modernization. Automation:

- Creation and maintenance of the "Self Service Operator" (SSO), a bot enabling task and incident automation via ServiceNow, particularly application deployment and updates, which has considerably increased the autonomy of development teams, thus accelerating application development and delivery cycles.

- Implementation of AWX and Ansible: I led the implementation of these tools to modernize the on-premise infrastructure, enabling more efficient management and automating configurations and deployments.

- Initiation of SRE / DevOps approaches: Implementation of audits, ceremonies, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps practices within Disney, thus fostering a more proactive and collaborative approach to IT service management. This initiative led to a notable improvement in the reliability, performance, and availability of services. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in technical project management, automation, and inter-team collaboration, while contributing to Disney's digital transformation.
