In this project, a booking system was developed based on WordPress/WooCommerce. This is linked to a web app where the booked games are automatically imported and released for the logged-in user. With the app on their mobile phone, users can then play the games on the historical railway premises.

The web app and the WordPress/WooCommerce system are coupled via an API.

Development of a custom WordPress/WooCommerce plugin that allows multiple shipping addresses per customer during checkout. Customers can select their shipping addresses, while address management is handled by an external middleware.

The solution includes an API integration for automatically creating and synchronizing shipping addresses. Additionally, the address selected during checkout, including the address ID, is passed via API to downstream systems, enabling an ERP system to uniquely identify and process the order.

Focus areas included clean extension of WooCommerce checkout logic, stable data flows via REST APIs, and a maintainable plugin architecture in PHP.

Implementation of a closed intranet shop based on WordPress and WooCommerce for promoters, used exclusively for internal orders. Access is via a custom login mask and a protected environment (no public shop).

The shop was implemented as a pure shipping/ordering system: payment functions and prices were completely removed, the focus is on a clear ordering process. Orders are recorded on an event basis and assigned to an event. Additionally, a returns system was integrated that also manages returns on an event and user basis.

Another central feature is batch control (batch numbers per product / inventory per batch) to make the issuance and return of items traceable. Overall, a stable system was created that automates internal processes and significantly simplifies handling.
