Max Schiemenz

I am a highly qualified executive with extensive experience in corporate management, divisional leadership (personnel management), and process improvement.

Since graduating in 2009, I have been leading companies of various sizes to success at the management level. My thinking and behavior are 100 percent entrepreneurial. In addition to my responsibility for P&L, my leadership focus is on employee and customer satisfaction, ensuring high quality of service delivery, workplace safety, and creating a positive, motivating work environment.

My career began in 2006. While training as a mechanical engineer, I worked in the power plant construction industry for two years after completing my studies, where I took on the role of Quality Representative.

After moving to the rail vehicle industry, I worked as a manager in the corporate group for over 12 years at locations in Germany and Switzerland. My passion therefore lies primarily in the Mobility, Transport & Logistics industry.

Since 2023, I have been enabling companies in Lusatia as a freelance interim manager at the management level - based on a results-oriented, constructive leadership style - to achieve optimal business results:

- Divisional management in customer service in the "white goods" industry with personnel responsibility for approx. 130 employees + 40 service partners

- 30 percent increase in performance in the division while simultaneously reducing personnel costs through the introduction of AI-based route planning

- Restructuring of a customer service department with 20 employees in the steel manufacturing industry

- Establishment of a newly founded municipal company as managing director in public transport (accounting, quality management, personnel recruitment, etc.)
