• A training records system consolidating fragmented records for ~2,000 employees into a single source of truth with 100k+ records, replacing manual lookup work.

• A mobile-first AI learning SaaS MVP with document ingestion, LLM-powered flashcard generation, spaced repetition logic, Stripe, and cloud storage.
