I coordinate events from start to finish — from initial scoping to the final dismantling. My playground: high-impact events, complex environments, and situations where keeping everyone aligned is crucial, yet seamless.

At Sporeo, I managed over 100 public sporting events in 4 years — logistics, vendors, field teams, budget. A training ground for itinerant field operations where improvisation is a core skill.

For Paris 2024, I managed accreditation for all 4 Olympic ceremonies for 15,000 people, including a tailored, confidential setup for artists. I served as the single point of contact between production companies, state institutions, law enforcement, and top management — in an environment where errors are not an option.
