As the Director of Innovation and Production at Axecibles, a leading company in website creation with over 4000 clients in France and Belgium, my main mission is to drive technological innovation and operational efficiency to ensure web solutions that are increasingly performant, modern, and adapted to our clients' needs. My responsibilities include: Designing an innovative tool that improves website creation by integrating artificial intelligence, facilitating interconnection with social networks, ensuring compliance with current SEO standards, and simplifying technical aspects to reduce production times and improve website quality. Implementing an agile work methodology for effective collaboration between innovation and R&D teams, to ensure fluid, rapid, and controlled project design for the company's projects. Establishing and managing a quality control system for website deliverables, ensuring technical and aesthetic compliance with the requirements of Axecibles and our clients. Integrating artificial intelligence into website creation processes to automate certain tasks and increase overall production efficiency. Optimizing the website production chain at various levels by streamlining workflows, improving delivery times, and reducing costs without compromising quality. Supervising and managing the studio, web marketing, and innovation teams, fostering collaboration, client focus, and expertise for performance and client satisfaction. Through these various missions, I directly contribute to Axecibles' strategic development, ensuring that innovation, quality, and efficiency are always at the core of our web productions.

Datananas is a Lead Relationship Management software for industrializing B2B prospecting via email campaigns through Outbound sales. My responsibilities:

- Defining the roadmap and product vision

- Managing remote and in-person teams

- Setting up and managing infrastructure (AWS, Atlas, ...)

- Implementing and adhering to deadlines

- Defining product requirements

- Creating an Agile (Kanban) work methodology

- Implementing new CI/CD and automated tests (GitHub Action, Cypress, CodeShip)

- Assisting with product development with the teams (Vue.JS, Nuxt, Tailwind, Node.JS)

- Redesigning the website and optimizing SEO

- Creating an online store. During this experience, I had the opportunity to create the new version of the Datananas product with a new technical engine. 6 months of work with the team allowed us to rethink the product's approach, design, and technology to offer new features such as: a new inbox with AI message analysis functionalities, more detailed and precise statistics, new contact management with combined filters, and much more. This new version of the product is also offered under the name Sarbacane Engage to complement the product suite of the Positive Group.
