Within the framework of large-scale infrastructure projects such as the refinancing of Belfast International Airport (debt only – finalized – £100M), the refinancing of SFTRF (debt only – finalized – €1B), or the launch of Kevin Speed (debt & equity – ongoing – ~€1B), I acted as a financial advisor, responsible for:

• Development of over 20 financial models (energy, transport, social infrastructure, fiber, etc.), including over 5 audited as part of a fundraising round

• Structuring of financial arrangements, including the creation of term sheets

• Selection of advisors for due diligence and active contribution to their report preparation

• Drafting of teasers and investment memos, management of investor presentations & bid processes

• Sourcing of investors (debt and equity), participation in negotiations and Q&A sessions, alignment of financial interests, preparation of committee materials, and contribution to the drafting of financial documentation with lawyers.

I was also responsible for:

• Drafting commercial proposals in response to tenders (nuclear projects, Bahrain metro, etc.)

• Preparation of an investment memo, a financial model, and management of the investor process for a sell-side M&A transaction in the water infrastructure sector.

• Development of a default risk model for the project finance activities of a French bank

• Analysis of the effectiveness of the Risk Management Department in 8 international entities and proposal of recommendations

• Evaluation of the performance of the Tax Department of a banking subsidiary and proposal of a roadmap
