I have worked as a Principal at VC firm HV Capital where I focus on climatech (invested into Enpal), B2B marketplaces (invested into CarOnSale) and SMB SaaS (Invested into Holidu).

Prior to HV, I received an MBA from Stanford GSB, where I was named an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Before that, I worked as Managing Director of Thermondo Energy and regional Head of Sales for Thermondo. I helped grow Thermondo to become #2 on the 2018 FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies and built Thermondo 365, the first one-stop shop heat lease solution in Germany, subsequently overseeing T365 product management, increasing product share from 5% to over 30% and acquiring over 1000 customers/ $10M within a year.

I am fluent in German, English and Spanish. I am also a less than mediocre soccer player, overly opinionated coffee drinker and love hiking, particularly in the Alps.
