The Talentspring Academy is a practice-oriented further training program that quickly equips young professionals for modern corporate communication. I support the academy as a freelance lecturer, imparting current know-how from real communication and marketing projects.

This client was undergoing a profound change process. My task was to develop a strong narrative that would engage both employees and customers. The goal was to provide orientation, build trust, and present the change as an opportunity.

Based on this, I prepared the change communication: from the storyline and concrete texts to a communication framework that clearly structures messages, channels, and roles. Internally, the focus was on involving employees early, providing security, and creating motivation for the next steps together. Externally, it was about transparently informing customers, maintaining trust, and making the added value of the changes understandable.

The result is a consistent communicative foundation with which the client can actively shape changes: with clear messages, understandable texts, and formats that provide orientation both internally and externally.
