My leadership journey

I have created and led several end-to-end SaaS platforms: Vatell, an AI platform for order and inventory management for restaurants integrated with WhatsApp, Juridoc, a contract lifecycle management platform that I led for 9 years, and AirYourVoice, an agency for AI and automation solutions for SMEs.

On each of these projects, I managed the entire chain: product vision, tech development, go-to-market, monetization, team structuring, and growth. I am not a consultant who theorizes AI; I have built, deployed, and sold it myself.

What I bring concretely

An AI roadmap prioritized by real business impact, not by technological trend, operational AI agents like WhatsApp, RAG, or workflow automation deployed in production with measurable results (margin gains, reduced administrative time, operational efficiency), an end-to-end vision covering strategy, product construction, monetization, acquisition, and scaling, a leader's perspective capable of challenging an executive committee or an investor board as much as framing a product and tech team on a daily basis, as well as a dual French and Brazilian culture, with international experience in the European and Latin American markets.

How I work

I intervene in both specific missions, such as an AI maturity audit, a roadmap definition, or a strategic framework before investment or launch, and in recurring support, in a fractional Chief AI Officer format, for leaders who want to move fast without hiring internally from the start.
