📊 AMOA – Implementation of the new CGP ERP:

Replacement of a proprietary system (Symfony + 4D) with a business ERP tailored to the needs of CGPs.

Analysis of existing processes, definition of business needs, and drafting of the functional and technical requirements matrix.

Project scoping, tender management, solution selection, publisher/integrator negotiation.

Supervision of configuration, coordination with the integrator, and facilitation of business workshops.

Development and execution of the key-user training plan, user documentation.

Monitoring of functional testing phases, UAT, until production deployment.

Maintenance in operational condition and steering of post-deployment evolutions.
