On this project, I started as a junior/mid-level developer within the Mwingz team. Over time, I was able to develop my skills to reach a senior role, and finally team leader.

In this last phase, I was responsible for managing a team of 5 people, coordinating their work, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. I took charge of functional and technical analysis, architecture definition, implementation of security best practices, as well as the development of key features.

I also managed and structured data, while maintaining an overview of project progress, priorities, and communication with various stakeholders.

This project allowed me to evolve both technically and in human and organizational management, while directly contributing to the success and stability of the solution.

I had the opportunity to join the Power Platform team atNational Bankafter successfully completing a demanding selection process, including an interview where more than20 candidateswere competing. This public contract was awarded to me thanks to my **technical expertise**, but also my **human skills**, essential in an environment where organizational adoption is a strategic priority.

Within the bank, my role involves supporting theoverall adoption of the Power Platform**, particularly by collaborating closely with **citizen developersto guide, train, and reinforce their best practices. In parallel, I also developmore complex applicationswith high added value for business teams and critical processes.

This context has allowed me to leverage both my technical skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, governance, security, architecture) and my ability to communicate, simplify, and create an environment of trust between IT and business teams.

A complete mission, combining **expertise, pedagogy, and organizational impact**.

My assignment atTomrawas my first major experience, and certainly one of the most formative. I started in the midst of the **Covid context**, which meant remote work, less direct support, and the need to become **extremely quickly autonomous**. This situation forced me to learn on my own, learn fast, and take on technical responsibilities from the start.

Thanks to this forced autonomy, I was able to quickly developPower Platform applicationsindependently, while contributing to the construction of the overall solution architecture. I was also responsible for creating acustom SPFxfor SharePoint, extending the functionalities requested by the business teams.

In total, with our team, we developed8 tablet and mobile applications**, as well as a complete **SPFxcomponent, meeting the company's operational needs and significantly improving the efficiency of internal processes.

This assignment allowed me to quickly become operational, develop skills in key technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, SPFx, governance), and build real technical confidence in a demanding context.
