As the sole technical manager, I led the complete refactoring of the stack and development processes to ensure the reliability and modernization of the company's SaaS integration solutions.

Strategic technical stack refactoring: Audit of the existing codebase (PHP/Laravel) and migration to a modern and robust architecture under Ruby on Rails 8 to eliminate technical debt and guarantee solution scalability.

Implementation of development processes: Instantiation of all software development best practices (Git version control, testing, error monitoring, logging) and setup of pre-production environments to stabilize deployments.

Development of custom API connectors: Design, development, and maintenance of about fifteen connectors and automation tools between various SaaS (Pennylane, Furious, Cegid, Hubspot) to meet specific client needs.

Creation of an advanced accounting middleware: Development of a solution to automate the bidirectional synchronization of invoices and payments, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring 100% data flow reliability.

Automation of critical business processes: Creation of business applications/solutions enabling automated data import via webhook or API, data processing, and synchronization between services, or generation of files in different formats as per client requirements.

Creation of private libraries (Ruby gems) to encapsulate the company's API needs.

Backend & Infrastructure: Ruby on Rails 8.0.2, PostgreSQL, Puma, Solid Queue/Cache, Bootsnap, Rspec, Rollbar, Sentry, Better Stack/ Logtail, CanCanCan, Ransack, Mailgun, Hetzner, Hatchbox,...

Frontend & Integrations: Turbo Rails, Propshaft, JSBundling/CSBundling, Solid Cable (WebSockets), webhook management, event-driven architecture with asynchronous jobs and real-time monitoring.

• • Optimization of business processes: Creation of custom modules and automation routines to improve clients' operational efficiency.

• • Validation of technical concepts: Development of prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POC) to assess the technical feasibility of new projects.

• • Technical consulting mission on architecture and technology choices.

• • Platform development: Creation of new features, modules, and key APIs within a Flask architecture, contributing to the application's enrichment.

• • Code quality assurance: Rigorous implementation of unit and integration tests following a TDD (Test-Driven Development) approach to ensure non-regression.

• • Architecture and development of a complete RESTful API, including versioning and interactive documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI.

• • Deployment optimization: Contribution to the improvement of delivery cycles by implementing automated build and test processes in CI/CD pipelines.
