The Ministry of Public Service of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg's mission is to support all other government ministries in their local or cross-functional transformation projects, particularly on the subject of remote work. In this context, the Ministry wished to be supported in deploying a uniform support approach within its own organization and in other ministries, with challenges related to accountability and acculturation to new digital tools.

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

• Support for the Ministry of Public Service, the minister, and its directors in building a governmental project for the deployment of remote work for all civil servants in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

• Development of a plan for implementing a pilot within the Ministry of Public Service itself, so that it can subsequently be extended to other ministries

• Creation of 3 e-learning paths (common core, working together, hierarchical superior) on remote work for the entire Luxembourgish Civil Service: 14 modules, nearly 4 hours of video, about thirty practical documents, 6 activities, assessments, etc.

• Creation of a remote work toolkit available on the Luxembourgish Civil Service intranet: 6 practical tools for deploying remote work in a department, self-assessment individually or collectively, presentation videos, etc.

• Conducting remote work diagnostics within the various entities of the Ministry of Public Service and implementing action plans based on the results

• Support for pilot departments in collaboratively defining the framework for remote work with management committees
