- Build the necessary framework for the smooth running of client portfolio support

- Manage "To do" lists: prioritize tasks and organize calendars

- Participate in and/or lead steering committees, internal synchronization meetings, and client meetings

- Write and share meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on decisions made or actions to be taken.

- Facilitate the work of production teams (Community Managers, Designers, Ads Managers) by ensuring the availability of assets and useful information for the production of expected content

- Deliver editorial calendars to clients, receive their feedback, and organize necessary rework

- Ensure weekly monitoring of social ads performance and spending.

- Contribute to the production of monthly and/or quarterly reports depending on the clients (quantitative analyses) and coordinate with Community Managers for the qualitative part.

- Participate in writing recommendations to be presented to clients.
