I am involved in designing and delivering high-impact technological solutions for business lines and Joint Ventures on projects that go beyond 'standard' IT scope. My role is to industrialize innovation: transforming intelligent system concepts and AI tools into operational solutions, while respecting budgets and regulatory constraints.

Key achievements:

GenAI applied to Engineering: I am leading the integration of Generative AI to transform Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC cycles. The goal is not just to experiment, but to use LLMs to automate the analysis of technical documents and the extraction of MTO (Material Take-Off) data, drastically reducing manual engineering hours.

Intelligent Industrial Systems: Designing the architecture for on-site equipment monitoring and Energy Management Systems (EMS). I manage the entire chain, from Edge/IoT sensors to data restitution in the cloud.

Business Interface & Governance: I am responsible for the link between technical teams and 'gatekeepers'. I manage business cases, technical writing, and complex negotiations with Legal and Procurement departments to ensure projects advance without roadblocks.

Hybrid Infrastructure: Managing the complexity of deploying modern tools (Kubernetes/Azure) in restrictive industrial environments, whether on-site (Onsite) or on private servers (On-prem).

Central objective: Transform theory (AI/IoT) into reliable production tools for field engineers.

Within the Digital Directorate, I supported the modernization of architectural and organizational practices. My role was to define new reference frameworks to transition from a 'project' management approach to a high-performing 'product' culture.

Major initiatives & contributions:

Framing the Operational Model (Product-Led): Designing the transformation path towards the product model. I structured the governance framework, including the definition of a Product Committee (Design Authority) for strategic alignment and the modeling of a Phase-Gate process to milestone product development.

Architecture & DevSecOps Expertise: Direct support to teams on critical technology choices. I facilitated the adoption of 12-factor app standards, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and the industrialization of CI/CD pipelines.

IT Coherence & Sovereign Cloud: Defining hosting standards for sensitive data (HDS, SecNumCloud, On-premise). I mapped the enterprise architecture to identify rationalization opportunities and 'Digital Commons' in conjunction with DINUM.

Architecture Service Offering: Formalizing an internal architecture consulting offering for business departments to align their needs with DNUM standards.

Expert mission within Kering Tech to support business and IT in designing critical solutions. My role was to secure technological trajectories and raise the overall technical maturity level of the group and its Houses.

Strategic Achievements & Impact:

Cybersecurity Transformation: Direct support to the CISO and TechOps/SRE teams on structuring projects: SIEM architectures, Vault (Secrets Management), PAM, and IAM.

Global Multi-Cloud Governance: Ensuring compliance with architecture guidelines and Landing Zones across a complex international scope (AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud).

Decision Support: Conducting feasibility studies, business cases, and technical deep dives presented in architecture committees for decision-maker arbitration.

Debt & Risk Management: Proactive identification of technical debt and bottlenecks, while ensuring the update of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository.

Interface with Houses: Coordination between central IT and the group's various subsidiaries to align IT flows and integration patterns with business needs.
