Swapii is a second-hand application dedicated to children's clothing (newborn to 6 years old), based on an exchange system between parents using internal currency.

When Marine contacted me, the platform had already two years of development by a generalist agency that had never really understood the need. Result: an architecture too heavy for the project, performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and an application that was progressing poorly despite investments.

My intervention began with a complete technical audit. I identified the blocking points, stabilized the existing foundation, and put the platform back on solid rails. Since then, we have been working on continuous evolution: new features, maintenance, and definition of technical priorities in line with the project strategy.

Today, I am a trusted contact for Marine, not just for code, but for technical arbitration and platform evolution choices.

Cibiltech is a startup specializing in post-transplant medical monitoring.

For their GraftCare application, I developed a cross-platform application allowing doctors and medical students to consult transplant protocols, including in offline or low-network access.

Beyond development, I contributed to visual design: collaboration with the UX designer, creation of the GraftCare logo, and production of App Store and Play Store visuals using Figma.

In parallel, I provided complementary services on Predigraft, their patient monitoring platform for kidney transplant recipients: development of monitoring graphs (Chart.js) and refactoring of front-end components.

GoodPoints was born from a practical problem: how to involve children in daily tasks and encourage them in their learning, without resorting to constraints or obligation lists?

I designed and developed the application from A to Z – from the initial idea to production. The principle: each family member has their own goals, each effort made earns points, and these points can be used to unlock rewards chosen together.

The application is online, with active users. It is free, without advertising, and without resold data.
