After several years spent in a consulting firm (Exeis Conseil) for assignments with large clients such as Stelia Aerospace, the creation of my startup JOG, and then managing a communication agency, I now offer my services for the digital transformation of your projects.
𫱠My time as a consultant within a firm allowed me to acquire solid foundations in complex Project Management and to enable the digital transformation of organizations methodically (Agile Scrum. All while optimizing absolutely all phases of the project (Requirements gathering, prioritization, budgeting, planning, managing internal and external teams, tracking deliverables, acceptance testing, deployment, maintenance, ...).
The creation of my startup with other partners, managing all aspects related to running a business and its growth, is an adventure. A big challenge that allowed us to create an application from scratch (+20k users), to unite a community through effective communication and recruitment (+130k on social media), and to attract key partners (French Tech, BPI, La Mélée Toulouse, ...).
