Through my work as an investor, I deal with high-stakes decision-making issues in technology companies: structuring fundraising rounds, understanding a market, business development, interpreting a business model, analyzing metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, CAC/LTV, unit economics), articulating a clear investment or growth thesis, etc.

Available evenings and weekends, I offer short and efficient missions such as business plan construction, pitch deck review or construction, investment memos, go-to-market diagnostics, business development, investor readiness audits, or setting up a sourcing process.
