Design of the scientific program (questionnaire, analysis models, recommendation engine)

Selection of relevant biomarkers according to preventive health pillars

Writing of popularized scientific content for users (reports, emails, platform)

Development of the lifestyle/biology cross-analysis algorithm

Protocol validation

Monitoring of initial user cohorts and product iteration based on feedback

"À la Source" is an independent newsletter dedicated to preventive health, longevity, and innovation in medicine. Through an accessible and rigorous tone, it deciphers scientific data, debunks myths, and offers concrete tools to take charge of one's health.

Role:

Writing and popularization of evidence-based scientific content (nutrition, physical activity, biomarkers, sleep, mental health…)

Bibliographic research and selection of relevant articles

Editorial design (voice, style, tone) and creation of a direct link with readers

Creation of visuals and infographics for educational purposes

Organic growth of the newsletter (SEO, social media, editorial partnerships)

Objective: to disseminate an accessible, reliable, and engaged health culture, at the intersection of care, performance, and daily life.

Clinical and academic activity within a leading university hospital center in the United States.

Main activities:

- Specialized and versatile perioperative care

- Participation in the training of residents and fellows in anesthesia and critical care

- Supervision and oversight of clinical activities in a demanding environment (university level, multidisciplinary, in US English)

- Contribution to clinical and fundamental research projects, particularly in biostatistics applied to critical care (research on heterogeneous effects of treatments in ARDS)

- Collaboration with international research teams (statistics, public health)
