Maxime Hamm

For fifteen years, I led the software development for the GEFCO group. Throughout numerous projects, I supported business units in making the best choices and ensuring the successful completion of their projects by my teams.

One of my most rewarding experiences was the creation of a complete, custom-designed railway transport information system in less than six months by a team of six people, while adopting agile methodology and new technologies for the first time.

These fifteen years were marked by many changes in technologies, methods, and organization. I thus managed three development offshoring projects and established teams in Romania, Morocco, and India.

In parallel, for eight years, I co-founded the company JSPRESSO.IO to support large groups eager to leverage the full potential of open-source tools of the same name.
