About Maxime

Co-founder ×2 in the consumer market for 10 years. Gamel Helmets (DNVB bicycle helmets, co-laureate Bosch France 2024) + RAW Collectif (concept-driven agency 2020-2025: Zero Motorcycles 2.5 years, editorial direction Café Racer Magazine, Stetson, Red Wing Heritage).

My approach: transforming market opportunities into brands and commercial concepts. A decade of real operational execution, combined with analytical rigor acquired in a Master's in Physics and formalized in Brand Management at London Business School.

Areas of intervention:
• Brand strategy: positioning, platform, product architecture, editorial lines, 360° campaigns
• Editorial & social media direction: SAFE Urban Concept Paris, a brand built from pre-opening to autonomous handover, still active 4+ years later
• B2B / B2C business development: acquisition of key international accounts, qualified outbound for international brands (RAW Collectif)
• Financial structuring: margin modeling, business plan, BPI defense (Gamel Helmets: €80k bank debt including stock financing)
• International sourcing & supply chain (cycling, outdoor, lifestyle)
• Press relations & organic PR (Gamel: BFM TV, 20 Minutes, Journal du Geek; Road Safety Innovation Award 2024 co-laureate with Bosch France)

Education: Master's in Physics (Le Mans Université) + Brand Management (London Business School, 2020). Bilingual English C2, Spanish B2.

    Co-founder & CEO — Operations, Financial & Administrative Management, Go-to-Market
    SPORTS
    December 2022 - April 2026 (3 years and 4 months)
    Paris, France
    My areas of responsibility:
    • Financial & Administrative Management: Business Plan, margin modeling, defending the application to banks, securing €80k in bank debt financing including stock financing (unusual operation)
    • Operations: supplier sourcing (international industrial network), supply chain, inventory management, D2C logistics
    • Strategic Steering: go/no-go decisions, price arbitration, decision to pivot from retail to digital
    • Co-steering global strategy with Romain de Bascher (product/communication/marketing direction): Kickstarter campaign, press relations, events

Results: ~1,000 helmets sold in D2C, ~6,000 Instagram followers, ~3,000 newsletter subscribers — a qualified audience built without external marketing budget.

    February 2025 - October 2025 (8 months)

Key contributions: — Key signings: deployment of over 50 parking lots for RIVP (Paris and Île-de-France) after reopening a stagnant account, and multi-regional activation at Immobilière 3F. Several hundred parking lots developed in total over the period. — Response and winning of public tenders within the scope — specific exercise of the institutional market. — Development of a personal method for discovery and mapping decision-making circuits adapted to the public sector: getting stakeholders to discuss their operational and political challenges before pitching the solution. — Autonomous contractual negotiation on complex files (often overloaded shared legal department), area of high growth.
What I learned: a complex and long sales cycle, not easily accessible from the B2C/DNVB world. Selling to institutional clients means navigating organizations where decision-makers and operators do not always have the same interests, adopting a solution-provider stance, and arbitrating through education where financial arguments don't suffice.

Our bet, the opposite of a "polished" studio: sell story-driven concepts, rooted in authenticity, to brands looking to reconnect with a genuine narrative. Qualified outbound approach — many contracts came from boldness, by sensing the need before it was expressed.
My role at RAW: commercial development (qualified outbound, project design), editorial direction, and digital strategy. Romain handled production.
