I assisted this company in optimizing its email processing. The main issue was a large volume of spam, leading to considerable time loss and, more importantly, the disappearance of certain important invoices.

To address this need, I implemented an Artificial Intelligence-based solution. I developed and deployed an AI agent with the following missions:

• Automatically delete unwanted emails and unsubscribe from recurring spam;

• Classify emails by content (invoices, reminders, commercial offers);

• Detect overdue invoices or reminders;

• Send a notification via Telegram to immediately alert the company when a critical email requires action.

This solution saved time, improved invoice tracking reliability, and significantly enhanced daily email management.
